Terms & Conditions
Before you can join Alt-Access, you must read and agree to these terms and conditions. By joining this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by them. This agreement is subject to change by Alt-Access at any time. Changes are effective without notice upon each Subscriber.

Legal Definitions
The term "Member" or "Membership", as referred to in this document shall mean - The Subscriber or User of a valid username and password (User Id) for the Site during the term of membership.

The term "Site", as referred to in this document shall mean – The site which you are purchasing a username and password (UserId) from Alt-Access in order to access that site and its materials and benefits of membership.

The term "Subscriber", as referred to in this document shall mean – The End-user, Consumer, of the services of the Site and holder of a valid username and password (UserId) for the Site.

The term "UserId", as referred to in this document shall mean – The combination of unique username and password that is sold by Alt-Access and used to access the Site. A UserId is a license to use the Site for a period of time which is specified.

The term "Bookmarking", as referred to in is document shall mean – The act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the Subscribers’ browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have been precedent.

Description of Services
Alt-Access will provide one user id to access the site and its contents for which you are purchasing membership.

Billing
"Alt-Access" will appear on your credit card billing statement for all charges made.

Payment/ Fee
Sites will have either a periodic subscription fee or a one-time fee as stated on the order form at the time of initial enrollment for subscription. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the site. Once a member has accessed the site using the user id, assigned to the member, subscription fees become non-refundable.

AUTOMATIC Recurring Billing
Recurring billing is applicable when you purchase a 30 or 60 day membership or when your 5 day trial is not cancelled and converts into a monthly membership. When you order a 30 or 60 day membership subscription fees are automatically renewed at the end of the each 30 or 60 days respectively unless notice is received from the Subscriber seven (7) days prior to renewal. All Special Introductory Offer Members shall be exempt from the 7 day notification requirement, but must notify Alt-Access directly 8 hours prior to the end of the trial/special offer period in order to cancel automatic renewal. All trial/special offer memberships shall renew at the one-month membership rate.

Unless and until this agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, Subscriber hereby authorizes Alt-Access to charge subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership as stated on the order form.

Electronic Receipt
Subscribers may request a copy of the account of charges made for the use of the site. Subscriber foregoes this right if such request is not made. Requests must be made directly to Alt-Access.

Cancellation
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the Service may be terminated at by either Alt-Access, or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic mail or by filling out the form here. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

Refunds
Should a refund be issued by Alt-Access, all refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction solely. Refunds will not be issued by cash, check, or to another credit card.

Fraud & Chargeback Rights
You hereby agree that all fraud and misuse of your card will be promptly reported to Alt-Access.  You also agree that any disputes with billing, delivery, or service quality will be addressed and investigated through Alt-Access.  Any charges disputed with your issuing bank or financial institution without first contacting Alt-Access for resolution may be construed as an attempt to defraud Alt-Access.  Liquidated damages up to $500 may be assessed by Alt-Access, in its discretion, against any individual who fraudulently obtains a membership or whose transaction later results in a chargeback to the account.  Member agrees that the liquidated damage amount above is reasonable, does not constitute a penalty, and is being established due to the difficulties and inconvenience associated with attempting to establish the exact amount of loss which may be sustained by Alt-Access due to excessive chargebacks to the account.  Said individual shall indemnify and hold Alt-Access harmless from any and all claims, fines or other damages imposed by any credit card company or other entity due to excessive chargebacks which are the cumulative result of said individuals fraudulent actions.

Bookmarking
Subscriber agrees that at any time they will not bookmark any page to the site that will allow the subscriber to bypass the terms and conditions of the site upon entering. If such a bookmark exists, said bookmark will constitute full agreement to said terms and conditions as well as to admission that subscriber is of legal age of majority in their state, country or region.

Authorization of Use
Subscribers to the site are hear-by authorized a single license to download, copy, or print material found on the site. This license shall granted for sole use via one computer. All memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the site or any material found within is strictly prohibited. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices therefrom.

Alt-Access and the Site reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the Site.

Transfer of User Id
Access to the Site is through a combination of a username and a password (UserId). Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their UserId to any other person, and are required to keep his or her UserId strictly confidential. Alt-Access will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that the webmaster of the site may track through the use of special software each subscribers’ entry to the site.

If any breach of security, theft or loss of UserId, or unauthorized disclosure of UserId occurs, subscriber must immediately notify Alt-Access or the Site of said security breach. Subscriber will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until Alt-Access or the Site is notified of the security breach by email or telephone.

Sanction and Approval of Adult Material
This site was designed to be used and viewed solely by people who are at least 18 years of age (21 in AL, MS, NE, and WY), who wish to access visual images, audio sounds, and verbal descriptions of a sexually oriented and frankly erotic nature. Materials available within this site may include depictions that are visually graphic in nature and portrayals of nudity or sexual acts and should not be accessed be anyone who is not least 18 years of age (21 in AL, MS, NE, and WY), by anyone who finds such material offensive in nature, or by anyone who simply does not wish to be exposed to such materials. By purchasing a membership or UserId, you are implicitly making the following statements: "I affirm and swear that as of this moment, under penalty of Perjury, that I am at least 18 years of age (21 in AL, MS, NE, and WY). I will not permit any persons under the age of 18 years (21 in AL, MS, NE, and WY) to view or access in any way any materials found on this website. I understand that by accessing this website, I will be exposed to materials that may include but are not limited to, visual images, audio sounds, and verbal descriptions of a sexually oriented and frankly erotic nature, portrayals of nudity, and sexual acts. I affirm that I am not offended by such materials, and that such materials are legal in my community. Supplementary Terms and Conditions
The Site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of this Agreement, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the Site will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to Alt-Access, the Site, and the Subscriber.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

Acceptance
By clicking "Submit", "Secure Order"; or by closing this browser window; or by submitting payment information through the Service; or by accessing any portion of the Alt-Access web-site, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Agreement, and any documents incorporated by reference, and you agree that you intend to form a legally binding contract; and that this Agreement constitutes "a writing signed by You" under any applicable law or regulation. COPA & ITFA NOTICES.

The following notice is provided for your information, as required by law, under the applicable provisions of the federal Child Online Protection Act (COPA) Title 47 USC Section 230(d) and the federal Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) S.442, 105th Cong. (1998) (enacted).

Alt-Access does not endorse, is not affiliated with, and does not have any connection with any of the providers listed in this Agreement.  Alt-Access does not make any warranties of any kind or nature with respect to the products or services supplied by the providers listed in this Agreement.

Under no circumstances shall Alt-Access be liable for any harm or injury to any person or property related to your use of any information provided in this Agreement or related to your use of any product or service provided by any provider listed in this Section of this Agreement.

You assume all risk for any harm or injury to any person or property related to your use of any information provided in this Agreement or related to your use of any product or service provided by any provider listed in this Section of this Agreement.

Notice
These terms and conditions may be changed, modified, amended and/or supplemented by Alt-Access at any time, from time to time, without notice, and shall be deemed effective when posted at this site.

Notices by Subscribers may be given by electronic messages , conventional mail, telephone or fax unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the Site to Alt-Access must be directed here. All cancellations of service to a site must be directed to:
